This Art is a challenge

This Art is a challenge
To find change and make change
To see outside the self
Every inch, open range

To dive and further delve
Immersing in the Whelm
To find the single All
From center to the realm

Without the armor suit

Without the armor suit
And open to mistakes
My faults fully exposed
The pieces, cracks and breaks

Now living with the glue
Rebuilding foundation
Dreaming of buttresses
Seeking revelation

A happy history

A happy history
A moment collection
May not be here and now
And only reflection

Resting with a knowledge
And not Life exercising
Wanting to strike the flint
And see a fire rising

Anger wearing white gloves

Anger wearing white gloves
Love leaves all else in dust
We do not hate but fight
Free everyone, be just

Religious freedom makes
Us not able to live
Free of religion when
They take but cannot give

The internal erect

The internal erect
Some magnitude earthquake
The wobbling pedestal
And the sense of self shake

But the essence of "we"
In this two man canoe
Not forgetting the nest
The spawn, the other's shoe

Longing to not let go

Longing to not let go
Slowly seeing release
Feeling lapping like a
Tide going out in peace

A dirge beneath the moon
Hopes slip in moonlight kink
Accepting the never
Lastly, the kitchen sink

Hopes and dreams in thin air

Hopes and dreams in thin air
Moments that never meet
Like Winter and Summer
Or Spring and Fall, don't greet

Looking for just a glimpse
A shaft of light, a chance
Opportunity gone
A balloon burst by lance

In the blankness, empty

In the blankness,empty
The sources gone to sleep
Focusing on dreaming
Letting the waters steep

No river, no ocean
Residing on a pond
But unlike Narcissus
Looking past, far beyond

A prairie with few trees

A prairie with few trees
Broken clouds, gentle breeze
Beyond fallen forests
Trunks cut down to their knees

Contrasts, complexities
Juxtapositions tossed
Intersections vanished
The poetry is lost

Past the intersection

Past the intersection
And maintaining the course
Having looked left and right
With all joy and remorse

Promises made and kept
Even without lockets
We are rich but wealth is
Not coins in our pockets
